Larry Wang, Managing Director of leading international recruiting firm, Wang & Li Asia Resources, has written The New Gold Mountain, telling the exciting story of the growing presence and success in Greater China of Chinese Americans, who respond to the increased demand for bilingual and bicultural, western-trained professionals. The book describes the experiences of newcomers and old hands, native Chinese speakers and intrepid language students, entry-level professionals and managing directors, corporate climbers, and entrepreneurs.
Mr. Wang will provide a first hand look at the road many Chinese Americans have taken to make it and will reveal their motivations for relocating to Greater China, the lifestyle adjustments they make, the opportunities they are presented with and the outstanding success they are achieving. Mr. Wang founded Wang & Li Asia Resources in 1994 with the objective of assisting Asian, Asian American, and similarly profiled professionals realize their career objectives in the Greater China region. He has been a weekly columnist with Taiwan's The China Post and a regular guest on CNBC Asia and CNN International. He has been living and working in Greater China for the past eight years. MBA Finance Club Activities
Boston University participates in a membership program at the Museum of Fine Arts that allows students both free admission and a 10% discount at the MFA Bookstore and Shop with a valid student ID. Additionally, students may purchase $5.00 discount tickets to the special Monet exhibition ("Monet in the 20th Century") for entry any Monday through Friday afternoon (subject to availability) by presenting their valid student ID in person at the Monet Box Office in the West Wing Lobby.
